Decisions of Lietkoopsąjunga members’ representatives taken during the meeting

2003-09-01
An election-report meeting of Lithuanian Consumer Cooperatives Union was held on April 17, 2003 in Vilnius. During the meeting, Union member representatives approved the reports of the Lietkoopsąjunga management and Revision Committee, financial responsibilities, profit (loss) distribution, a new statute edition, work code of management and administration head, as well as an estimate of earnings and expenses. Other topical questions concerning consumer cooperation were also discussed. As the tenure of Lietkoopsąjunga management leader and members came to an end, new members of the board were elected. Kazimieras Klimasauskas was elected new chief executive manager for the next four years.

The meeting of members in Palanga

2003-09-01
An ad hoc meeting of members of the Union of Lithuanian Consumer Cooperatives took place on June 6, 2003. During the meeting, strategic aims for 2003-2006 and other important documents were ratified.
